VESLAN - The "recently discovered" continent to the West of the established Old Country Delta City (de facto capital of Veslan) - A venetian style city of canals, bridges and barges. This is the port of arrival for most new-comers to Veslan. The city is separated into multiple districts, or sectors. These "Quarters" are an uneven, constantly expanding, series of concentric ring-like districts. Old Quarter - Oldest part of town, larger buildings, small but well built and established manses and castles are a feature of this area. Many of the elite of Delta city reside in this district, including a good portion of the Gnomish population of the city. Business District - ring of middle class around the core of the city, smaller buildings than the Old Quarter. Outer Ring , "thirds"(?) - Wooden buildings, unpaved streets, less established, but the buildings are still reasonably large and well constructed, as the jungles/forests surrounding the city make bu...
